Pepper Jelly Brie Bites

Add this to your list of super simple appetizers. Keep these ingredients stocked and you can have a delicious bite anytime. Suan’s Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly gives each brie bite a pretty finish.

  1. 2 packages frozen mini phyllo shells, thawed
  2. 5 ounce brie
  3. 1 jar Suans Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly
  4. Scissortail Farms Cilantro for garnish
  1. Place phyllo shells on a cookie sheet.
  2. Fill each shell with 1/2 teaspoon Suan’s Scotch Bonnet Pepper Jelly. 
  3. Fill each shell wtih a 2-inch slice of brie. 
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Top each with a sprig of cilantro.
