Chef Kurt Fleischfresser

Chef Kurt Fleischfresser studied under Bernard Cretrier at Le Vichysoiss of Chicago. He then continued onto his culinary career as head chef of Vincent’s on Pennacle Peak, Vincent’s on Camalback, La Champagne and The Registry Resort in Arizona, Saucier of Dallas Tx at The French Room, The Adolphus, Enjolie and The Mandalay Four Seasons. Chef Fleischfresser then continued his career in Oklahoma as head chef of The Park Avenue Room, The Skirvin Hotel and The Coach House.

Currently partnering with Carl Milam at The Lobby Bar, The Hutch, Sushi Neko, Musashi’s and Will Rogers Theatres he as well has carried ownership of 30 + restaurants and was Director of Operations at The award winning AAA 4 Diamond Vast of Devon Tower.
