  1. 2 1/2 (3) lb russet potatoes peeled and cubed
  2. 2 cups Hiland Sour Cream
  3. 1/2 cup Hiland Salted Butter
  4. 1/2 cup Hiland Cream
  5. 10 slices Bar-S Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  6. Pinch of ground nutmeg
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
